Perforated Ceramic Balls
Product model: YY06-P
Perforated ceramic ball is perforated based on the spherical diameter of the inert ceramic ball as the axis; convex-concave groove perforated ball is opened groove and presented convex-concave body on the surface of the perforated ball. Perforated ball solves the problem of individual sphere cyclotron resistance of ordinary inert ceramic balls, and it has stronger liquid redistribution, better vapor-liquid dispersion effect, larger porosity and specific surface area. Compared with ordinary inert ceramic balls, resistance decreased by 15%, contact surface area increased by 25%, porosity increased by 12%.
Perforated ball not only has the properties of ordinary inert ceramic balls such as high chemical stability, high strength, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has larger specific surface area and porosity, better dispersion and flux, lower system resistance.

Porous Ceramic Balls
Product model: YY06-M
Porous ceramic ball also called filtering ball, its characteristics is an increase of 20% -30% adsorption microporous in inert ceramic balls. These microporous can filter heavy metal, resin, asphalt, coke powder and other impurities in the oil, avoiding its deposit in the catalyst bed to poison catalyst. Users can choose this porous ball with different holes diameter and holes number in accordance with the size of the foreign particles, also can according to the requirements to load molybdenum, nickel, cobalt and other active ingredients in order to prevent catalyst carbon deposit, coking and poisoning.

Grinding Ceramic Balls
Product model: YY01-G
Grinding balls can be divided into silicon carbide grinding balls, zirconium oxide grinding balls, microcrystal middle-alumina grinding balls, high-alumina grinding balls.
Grinding balls have high hardness, high bulk density, low abrasion, good regularity, corrosion resistance, etc., are the grinding media of grinding equipment such as vibration mill, pot mill, ball mill, its grinding efficiency and wear resistance significantly are superior than ordinary ball stone or natural cobblestone.
Grinding balls can be used as ball bearing under pusher kiln, for metal parts polishing, grinding and dispersion of non-metallic mineral powder, glazes, blanks (such as zirconium silicate, kaolin, heavy calcium carbonate, etc.). Widely used in ceramics, cement, glass, enamel, paint, oil paint, refractory materials, chemical and other industries.
